Suzlon to enter into solar, biodiesel

Private major Suzlon Energy Ltd. says it plans to enter into the solar and biodiesel sectors in the next four years. Our move to diversify into solar and biodiesel would produce the right synergies with its existing business in the wind energy space, said Tulsi Tanti, chairman and managing director of the company. He said vacant land available at the company's wind farms could be used for putting up solar panels with a capacity of 10 to 20 megawatts.
