More power to wind-generated energy

New Jersey rules require that 20 percent of the state's electricity must come from renewable energy sources by the year 2020. It is generally agreed that reaching those goals will not be possible without the exhaustive use of wind and solar and even wave power among the array of alternative sources available today. So far so good, for the most part.
