Brazil to attract 10 billion Reais for wind power

Brazil will attract at least 10 billion reais ($5.8 billion) of investment in wind-energy projects in the Ceara and Rio Grande do Norte regions in the next two years, O Estado de S. Paulo reported, citing Ceara Development Agency President Antonio Balhmann.
