Marquiss Wind Power acquires Cirrus Technologies Inc.

Marquiss Wind Power, an innovator in developing and deploying wind turbine technology, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of Cirrus Technologies Inc. of Carson City, Nev. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
