Minnesota, 4 other Midwest States plan for increased wind power

Minnesota and four other Midwest states are preparing for increased energy from wind power. The state is working with Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota and South Dakota on the Upper Midwest Transmission Development Initiative, said Governor Tim Pawlenty.
