Collection methods and periodicity
The data collected in the databases come from the following sources:

Several thousand sources are available, and we review each one every six months.
They are cross-referenced to check, correct, and develop the data.

Updates
The databases are updated regularly.
Purchase databases
You have two options for receiving updates:
- Ordering the updates at the same time as your initial order. You can purchase monthly or annual updates for a period of one to three years (depending on the product). At the end of the update period, you can purchase a new one.
- Ordering “on-request” updates when you need them. The cost of the update will be according to the time that has passed since your last purchase. Contact us for an estimate.

User license
Purchase databases
You have the choice between three user licenses for the databases:
- Standard license: This user license covers a single location. Anyone at this location can use the products. This license cannot be used for several sites. The products must not be communicated outside of this location by any means. Studies based on the products do not fall under this communication restriction as long as the studies do not contain raw data from the products.
- Global license: This user license covers all of the locations under one customer. All the employees of this customer can use the products. This license is not needed for customers at single site. The products must not be communicated outside of the customer’s business by any means. Studies based on the products do not fall under this communication restriction as long as the studies do not contain raw data from the products.
- Commercial license: This license covers the publication and/or re-selling of the raw data. Contact us for more information.
Online lookup per subscription
A Premium Access subscription provides one user access to the data. The user is identified through their email address and password. The user is not allowed to give these IDs to a third party.

If you have a specific need that is not covered by the products we propose, feel free to contact us about the databases you require.
