Conditions of sale

Purchase databases

After payment is made, files will be made available (sent by email or available for download) within a maximum of 24 hours.

The purchased files are for internal use only (Site license or Global license), with no authorization for use whatsoever by third parties.

The customer has the choice between three user licenses for the databases:

• Standard license: This user license covers a single location. Anyone at this location can use the products. This license cannot be used for several sites. The products must not be communicated outside of this location by any means. Studies based on the products do not fall under this communication restriction as long as the studies do not contain raw data from the products.
• Global license: This user license covers all of the locations under one customer. Anyone working with this customer can use the products. This license is not needed for customers at single sites. The products must not be communicated outside of the customer’s business by any means. Studies based on the products do not fall under this communication restriction as long as the studies do not contain raw data from the products.
• Commercial license: This license covers the publication and/or re-selling of the raw data. Contact us for more information.

Online lookup per subscription

A Premium Access subscription provides one user access to the data. The user is identified through their email address and password. The user is not allowed to give these IDs to a third party.

For annual subscribers, we request you change your password every 60 days. Your password can also be updated by using the specific form available on your account information page.

We cannot guarantee access all the time. Any disruption in service will result in prolongation of your subscription equal to the disruption time. There will be no reimbursements authorized for this inconvenience.

The free trial offer can be used only once per person.

 

Payment

Payment period: 30 days
Late payment penalties: 40 euros + 5% per month
Reductions: None
Means of payment: Bank transfer, credit or debit card, and check (only from French bank account)

Once the product has been delivered, we cannot issue a refund
