A Premium Access subscription provides one user access to the data. The user is identified through their email address and password. The user is not allowed to give these IDs to a third party.

For annual subscribers, we request you change your password every 60 days. Your password can also be updated by using the specific form available on your account information page.

We cannot guarantee access all the time. Any disruption in service will result in prolongation of your subscription equal to the disruption time. There will be no reimbursements authorized for this inconvenience.
